The Hand Bell Ringers of Great Britain (HRGB) was formed in 1967. The East Midlands region was the first of the eight regions to be formed and its inaugural meeting was held at St Wulfram’s Secondary Modern School, Grantham in April 1975. This region has 24 member groups of Handbell ringers. The region stretches from Northamptonshire in the south to Nottinghamshire in the north

The HRGB East Midlands Region Annual General Meeting and rally will be held on Saturday 7th March 2020 at Weldon village hall (Northamptonshire). Hosted by the Weldon Handbell Ringers. We would love to see you there. AGM agenda etc and Application forms are available. Applications close on Saturday 22nd February.

Some handbells that are currently surplus to requirements for Amber Bells from Ashover have been made available for loan to HRGB member groups. East Midlands region have been provided with three Malmark bells: D5, E5 and Eb5. If your group would like to borrow these bells, please contact the Region Secretary.
